What's the difference between the black and white labels?

Nothing. Its just for your aesthetic preference.

What if I don't like the scent? Will you refund me?
If you don't like our products then we are happy to process a return and refund for you, minus a $8 restocking fee. For more details, please see our Refunds Policy page

What are your shop hours?
We closed our brick and mortar in 2017 but we're open 24/7 online 

Do you offer refills?
Sometimes! We offer refills on roll-ons, mists, and hand sanitizers on occasion throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter to find out about when we will be popping up in town for refills. This will likely be at any markets that we organize or at a local Victoria stockist.  

How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Please see our shipping policies page

What shipping carriers do you use?
We mostly ship with Canpar and Canada Post. 

What if my order arrives broken?
I'm sorry if it does! Please take a photo of it and email us. We will replace it immediately and open a claim with the carrier.
