What's the difference between the black and white labels?

Nothing. Its just for your aesthetic preference.

What are your shop hours?

We closed the doors to our brick and mortar shop back in August 2017, we now operate only as an online shop. 

Do you offer refills?

Yes, I offer refills on roll-ons and mists for local Victoria residents only at this time.

Subscribe to my newsletter to find out about when I will be popping up in town for refills. This will likely be at any markets that we organize or at a local Victoria stockist.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders are processed in 5 or less business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Canada Post will be the originating carrier a nd if you live outside of Canada you will be notified with the partnering carrier and tracking number. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What if my order arrives broken?

Ugh. I'm so sorry if that's the case. Please take a photo of it and email me. I will replace it for you. 

Can I order a custom labeled Candle?

I would love to make a personalized candle for your wedding day or whatever else you have in mind. Design and additional packaging costs will apply.
