What are you shop hours?

We closed the doors to our brick and mortar shop back in August 2017, we now operate only as an online shop. Occasionally I open to the doors for Open Studio days which will be announced through my newsletter. On these days only you can pick up directly from the studio. Otherwise, please check out our stockists to find our products near you!

What if I live in Victoria and want to pick up my online order?
There will be a date listed at checkout for that option otherwise you can email me to arrange a better time. I am at my studio Monday-Thursday most weeks.

What's the difference between the black and white labels?
Nothing. Its just for your aesthetic preference.

Do you offer refills?
Yes, for local Victoria residents only at this time. Roll Ons and Mists only at this moment. You can come in during Open Studio days and get a refill for 25% off original price. If an Open Studio day does not work for you, email me and we can set up a more convenient time during the week.

My rollerball gets stuck, how do I fix this?

This has happened a few times and its simply because each stone has the possibility of a slight variation in size. 
Easy to fix in 4 easy steps:
1: Use a flat head screwdriver or butter knife to slide in between the plastic roller insert and the glass bottle. 
2- Pull the plastic roller container out. 
3- Use a chopstick or something skinny enough to press the crystal ball out from the inside. 
4- pop the crystal ball back in, and do this one to three times. This will just help to stretch the plastic so the ball can roll easier. 
It should glide easier now, and if not, pop the crystal in and out a few more times.
