This is the easiest little home-remedies recipe I can offer you.
My skin has been so soft from using these in the shower and bath and I look forward to how my skin feels all day after using one of these. I've also found that I'm often a bit to lazy to moisturize my skin after the shower, and because I have dry skin, moisturizer usually takes a little while to absorb in for me. So this is my hack for moisturizing my whole body and not taking any extra time in the morning. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1/2 cup used coffee grounds 1/2 cup coconut oil room temperature 2 tbsp cup Honey Tobacco Body Butter |
Method: Take the old coffee grounds from your morning java and add them to a bowl. If you had been using a Bodum, drain as much water from them as possible using a cheesecloth. Add the coconut oil and Honey Tobacco Body Butter and mix together until smooth. Using a measuring spoon, scoop 1 tbsp of mixture into a tiny muffin tin pan or any small mold that you have. Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes. You can keep them in their little tins in the freezer or pop them out and place them in a jar for easy access before your shower or bath. Bring one into your shower and rub along your skin for an exfoliating and moisturizing experience.
