Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:

We will exchange products that you are unsatisfied with. If there is an amount owing to the customer we will refund this to you once we receive the initial order back in the mail. Our free shipping policy does not apply to return postage. 

We accept full returns and will refund your order with a 3% processing fee.

SUBSCRIPTIONS / MEMBERSHIPS:

You have full access to your subscription through your Account page and can edit the delivery schedule, swap products, pause, or cancel your subscription any time. If your recurring order is processed and you want to cancel, we will consider the most recent order the last one which gives us a full delivery schedule notice of your cancellation. 

DAMAGES: 
If there was damage to the parcel and your products when they arrived, please take a photo and send it to order@picotcollective.com so we can open a claim with the courier company and get this replaced for you. Courier companies require customers to confirm that items were damaged or lost to complete the claim and we will replace your order once the claim is completed. 

Sale items:
All products purchased on sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
