This is the easiest little home-remedies recipe I can offer you.
My skin has been so soft from using these in the shower and bath, and honestly, I've even left out the epsom salts and thrown one in my banana cacao smoothie before!
1/2 cup used coffee grounds
1/2 cup coconut oil room temperature
1tbsp Epsom salts (optional)
Take the old coffee grounds from your morning java and add them to a bowl. If you had been using a Bodum, drain as much water from them as possible using a cheesecloth.
Add the coconut oil and salt if using, and mix together.
Using a measuring spoon, scoop 1 tbsp of mixture into a tiny muffin tin pan.
Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes. You can keep them in their little tins in the freezer or pop them out and place them in a jar for easy access before your shower or bath.
Bring one into your shower and rub along your skin for an exfoliating and moisturizing experience.
