As someone who works with athletes and individuals rehabbing injuries, this cream has become a staple in my practise. The cooling property has been amazing for decreasing acute pain, and provides the perfect consistency for manual therapy. Not to mention it smells incredible and is made with ingredients I feel good about. Personally, I love applying this cream after a heavy leg day at the gym to help with next day muscle soreness!
